CRAIG STEPHENS - PRESIDENT/CEO - FOUNDER
Mr. Stephens founded Alamo City Engineering Services, Inc. in 2001. As the President and CEO he is responsible to each employee and customer to create an atmosphere of trust and a climate that promotes excellence through advanced strategic planning.
Mr. Stephens holds a Master of Science Degree from Troy State University, as well as numerous industry certifications. He brings over 35 years of leadership and experience to every opportunity that ACES undertakes.
Mr. Stephens is a member of the Disabled American Veterans, Fleet Reserve, Veterans of Foreign Wars and the American Legion.
RANDALL STEPHENS - CFO
Randall Stephens wears many hats inside of ACES. His prime duties include those of Chief Financial Officer, as well as Facility Security Officer. He earned his BBA at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Randall joined the ACES team full-time in 2009.
AMBER ROSS - GSA MANAGER
Amber Ross joined the ACES team in 2011. Her roles include GSA Manager and Human Resources. Amber earned a BA in English in 2005 from the University of Texas at San Antonio and Master of International Enterprise Management in 2010 from the University of Maryland University College. Amber served in the United States Air Force for four years.
